I spent the last 3 weeks preparing food for my hike. I purchased a Deluxe Camp Kit from Packit Gourmet that included all the basic vegetables and beans. I then dehydrated Potato bark, Chicken, Beef and Shrimp. I then prepared the menu based on receipts for Recipes For Adventure.

- Chicken Salad (from packit gourmet)
